A car dealership company and an open coffee house has come up with an innovative idea of employing Young adults who are suffering from Autism disorder. Autism disorder is defined as a disorder which is associated with people who are normally having a handicap in having social interactions and that they always possess unique behavior compared to people who are normal. They have difficulty in both verbal and non-verbal interactions.
In a way to help the young Autism people to have a better social interaction and to get them out of Autism Disorder, Tommy Nobis Center and Asbury Automotive Group have come up with the idea of employing these kind of people in their Company.
